A contestant at the ongoing Miss Earth International competition has been disqualified because by December 2022, she would be (29) twenty-nine years old. One of the requirements for participating in Miss Earth International Pageant is to not exceed (28) twenty-eight years by December of the pageant year as the contest is for ladies between 18-28 years old.

Beautiful Macarena Tomas of Paraguay had to drop out of the pageant.

There is no information about replacing her with another representative of her country yet.
