Asisat Oshoala is a Nigerian female footballer based in Spain. She plays for Barcelona FC and is being considered for the highest honour of all. A Ballon D’Or 2023 award.

Standing at an impressive five feet eight inches tall, Asisat is twenty-eight years old. Since 2014 when she won the highest goal scorer at FIFA U-20 championship, plus best player of the tournament, she has been on a winning and award receiving spree.

She won African female footballer of the year, five consecutive times. She has played in different clubs in Europe before this stay with Barcelona FC. First woman from an African nation to play in the European league. She launched her football academy in July 2022.
